Myself being a doctor with a child with a physical health complaint I was very impressed by the careful and thorough physical examination by Dr Marr of my child, including initially looking at the fingernails, just as I had been taught 20 years ago. These skills of clinical acumen are unfortunately a dying breed in the era of modern diagnostic investigations. It was indeed a pleasure to witness a master physician in action. All the best.
