Dr Von Biel has saved my life twice, once when A &E had dismissed signs of bladder cancer with a tablet, twice when he identified signs of heart trouble which resulted in a heart by-pass. I have never failed to get an appointment on the day I wanted He listens to everything I say and researches problems if he is not totally certain of the action to take. However the Diabetic knowledge in the Surgery has reduced drastically since Claire left
