Dr Mantzourani actively listens to me and this can be seen in her body language and her facial expressions. She is kind and considerate and helps wherever she can within the constraints of her role. She explained that there had been changes in certain areas which was great as helped me to understand how she was going to do a referral. I've had a couple of issues for a number of years and has been totally supportive of my choices.
