I found Dr Haldane to be extremely professional, very empathetic and thorough with devising a treatment plan for my newly diagnosed condition. I first met her on my admission to a Gastro ward in Worcester and have seen her in follow up clinics. I liked her approachable manner and the fact she takes the time to explain everything in a manner you can understand.
