Dr Shivabalendran is a very talented, empathetic and competent doctor. In her six months in the ENT department, her unique blend of enthusiasm and patient rapport has been invaluable. Dr Shivabalendran will undoubtedly make an exceptional GP and I hope she continues with a special interest in ENT Surgery!
