Most helpful and caring is how I would describe Dr Tanya. Listens to any parent concerns and involves my son so that he fully understands what is being talked about. Always asks my son questions appropriate to his age and tries to get a full answer out of him on how he is feeling.
Answers my emails very quickly by phone if there are any problems or concerns.
