Excellent manner and attention to my specific situation. Took preventative measures and checks to ensure peace of mind, and is continuing to monitor. Really pleased.

Dr. Arain made me feel very much at ease while I explained my condition. I was very happy with the Medication he prescribed for me & am feeling much better now. I was very happy with the results from my visit to the doctor & couldn't ask/expect any more. Thanking you.

I am very impressed with Dr Arain as it was his idea for me to have double appointments to allow for interpretation. I am profoundly deaf and sign language user (my main and preferred mode of communication is British Sign Language). If for some reason there is no British Deaf Language interpreter, he would have time to write down. His writing is readable! Although I might be able to lip-read or writing things down in consultation, it is not a "reasonable adjustment" under the Equality Act. For the last few appointments, I have been having interpreters to help with communication. I am also grateful to all the receptionists who booked the interpreters. I am now much clearer about my diabetes and my osteopenia.
