I am annoyed by the fact that the surgery have; "do not miss your appointment" or "missed appointments cost £xxx" or we had XXX missed appointments last year".
However, I was kept waiting for 40 minutes when I visited the surgery for a pre-arranged appointment, my appointment was at 08:20 and I didn't see Dr.Arain until 09:00. Yes, he apologised but I should have been kept informed of the lateness on entering the surgery, the consequence is that I had to ring my first business appointment and cancel.
ps....the reception staff need a happy pill !!
