Dr Burmeister has been understanding, supportive and professional. I haven’t been an easy patient to deal with but I have always felt I can be honest and open with her. With her help I have found a way to cope with an initially devastating diagnosis. I am now grateful for being Bipolar-it’s part of who I am. For better or worse.
