Dr Kothari is the first NHS doctor I've met in a long time who asked numerous questions about my problem, listened to what I had to say, and suggested various possible methods of dealing with the problem. At no stage did I feel I was being hurried on as I have done with more NHS GPs than I care to say! She left me with the impression of being competent, thorough and, above all, that she cared about resolving my problem. She confirms my belief that the only way to fix the GP side of the NHS is to train doctors who are dedicated and competent (not those who are only in it for the monetary rewards).
