Dr Green was very quick to respond to my request for a consultation and I received a virtual consultation on the same day. She listened to my health concerns and assisted me in making a decision on the way forward. The procedure was undertaken very professionally and I was involved in the decision making all the way through. The outcome was positive and reassuring and we agreed a way forward for the future. I felt I had the right information and was empowered to make the decisions on my treatment
