I saw Dr Toleman for the first time today at Wootten St surgery in Cosham. She was extremely patient, took her time, listened to me, validated and took my concerns seriously. I felt she had the experience, knowledge and skills to make decisions about my care, whilst involving me in these. Then she went ahead and did tests that I thought I would have to book another appointment for, straight away. I came away feeling that I had been treated with care and respect, and as an intelligent equal. This is sadly not always my experience of visiting a GP. Thank you Dr Toleman
