Dr. Sue Graham is one of the only doctors I've seen who not only listened to me but also showed me empathy and kindness. She never once rushed me or dismissed me or made me feel as though my concerns weren't valid. She walked me through how she came to the conclusion that my symptoms were consistent with x condition (versus y and z conditions, which are similar to x condition), and I felt like I had an active role in managing my treatment. I will never forget how well Dr. Graham treated me, and I am forever grateful.
