Dr Cleator is no doubt brilliant and ensured I received the best care. However her manner and approach was just appalling. She angrily asked why I hadn't been told I had the HER2 breast cancer and why I thought I'd dodged the bullet. She told me that if I got secondaries it would be terminal and that HER2 was very dangerous. I was gobsmacked and so was my friend who attended the consultation with me. Dr Cleator was very thorough and recommended the best treatment I'm sure. Her "bedside manner" however could be massively improved upon.
