Susan clearly knows her stuff which is what you want when all's said and done. Her clinic is often running late and she can appear scatty at times but I've learned over time that this is simply her thinking things through and trying to come up with the best solution. My only issue has been not with her but with the admin and lack of communication between the staff that surround her. Incorrect scan times sent, results appointments set up before crucial scans so no results available etc.
