Surjit introduced himself and immediately I felt at ease with his professional and pleasant manner. I was able to give information about myself and my condition in an unhurried way. He explained things clearly and concisely and gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I need a hip replacement operation but because of Surjit's description of the whole process, I came away from the hospital feeling very positive and not at all daunted by the prospect. Knowing that he will be present at the operation gives me confidence. I certainly did not get the feeling that I was just another name and number on a file. Thank you very much Surjit for your kind care and attention.
