Dr Kandikattu was extremely professional, his etiquette, vocabulary, tone, friendly demeanor and efficiency all lent to a positive and easy going experience. He will clearly and concisely explain what is going to happen and what can be expected at each stage. He allows room for feedback as he progresses with diagnostic analysis as well as treatment. 5 star all around treatment.
