Dr. Kandikattu was extremely empathetic during my initial consultation, thoroughly explaining the procedure - an epidural steroidal injection for pain management - and patiently addressing all my inquiries. During the procedure, his excellence truly shone. He provided constant reassurance and sought feedback on my comfort level. Additionally, his team of nurses exhibited top-notch professionalism.
