My wife rang the surgery at about 7.30 am as I had been very unwell over the weekend and she was concerned for my health, I had attended A&E during the weekend. The receptionist arranged for Dr Wright to ring me which he did about an hour later, he questioned me on my symptoms and what had happened to me, then assured me about my condition then finally giving me an appointment to see my own GP at 11.50am. Dr Wright was very good on the phone and reassured me.
