I have really bad MH issues and Dr Ralph ( who unbeknown to him I call Ralphy!) is a fabulous ambassador for this surgery. He is patient, understanding, empathetic, helpful and knowledgeable. I have never had a better doctor. I hope he never feels the need to leave as I and I’m sure like myself many others would be lost without him. He follows things up when he says, he calls up just to check in on you, he actually listens and allows you to come up with ideas together for your ongoing treatment plan. I don’t go out but have had to visit the surgery once lately and everyone was so kind and went that extra mile to make sure my anxiety was at a manageable level for me. Can’t recommend Dr Ralph or the staff at the surgery more highly.

Straighforward doctor. Correctly found problem, referred to specialist and given advice and medication to alleviate symptoms.
