Was quite shocking that a telephone conversation with dr kalynuk took place where we had to go private to get a biopsy and diagnosis done armed with this information in black and white still dr kalynuk refused to send me wife for a referral even though a specialist consultant had made a written diagnosis he was quite rude manner on the phone and wasn't very helpful at all and insisted that he must look first and make his own diagnosis like he new more than the London dermatology centre of Cannon Street knew a professional dermatologist v's GP who hasn't diagnosed it at their surgery in 2 years poor show Dr you need to learn people skills and fast and learn how serious conditions are conditions labelled as chronic need urgent attention
