Extremely supportive and understanding regarding my HIV diagnosis in 2010. Although his knowledge of HIV was limited at the time, he genuinely wanted to understand what had been discussed with my HIV consultant, the treatment options and the side effects once on HIV medication. Took time to ask how my partner was following my diagnosis and wanted to ensure my emotional wellbeing was being looked after as well as the medical problems.
