Dr Brookes always sits and faces me. Listens to what I have to say and checks to make sure she's understood what I mean. It makes such a difference to be really listened to.
The advice she gives me is always in collaboration with me - never forced upon me. She gives me options, pros/cons and plenty of room for changing my mind.
A great, professional manner.
