My parents have always sang Dr Sardars praises. BUT today was totally different. My mother (84) has been caring for my dad (86)for at least 8 years there are absolutely no complaints of his care.. But my mum needed some help today & received a very abrupt, almost dismissive attitude. She NEVER complains about anything but was left feeling worthless today. To the point of never wanting to have to speak to Dr. Sardar again. We understand the pressures GP’s are under … BUT given the current circumstances my mum is going through, (been up for 3 nights no sleep, in pain from helping my dad ) been called into hospital at midnight as dad was very poorly & may not last! Really? Maybe if GP could consider WHO they are speaking to , read some notes & see the frequency of calls to Portland road surgery from patients whom have been there for over 65 years !! Very disappointed
