Dr Sofia was amazing! And made me feel so much better straight away! I had a an allergic reaction and Sofia was absolutely spot on with regards to what I should do when returning back home and what to buy from the pharmacy. I was super grateful for all Sofia’s help. My whole experience from start to finish at Southmead was excellent, especially in such a different time. Thank you
