The doctor knew what he was doing and was direct, he was welcoming and concerned about his patients feeling anxious about procedures so he built up a very friendly a relaxed environment quickly and spoke to me thruough the whole procedure, making sure I am ok! He also has nurse assisting him who was also very helpful and kind. I felt pain but most of it was forgotten because of the way they both treat me. Thank you.
