I've seen Dr. Walsh 3 times.
On each occasion, she was rude, ill tempered, hadn't read my notes and didn't listen to me.
On the last occasion, she was again rude to me, discussed personal information in front of my partner and refused me a check-up which I was entitled to.
At no point was I less than pleasant and courteous but I was left with the impression that I was persona non grata.
