When asking to be reviewed by an NHSoncologist (following treatment for a primary cancer under my health insurance) she accused me of 'bouncing between private and NHS' even though I explained to her that my insurance would no longer cover me for any further treatment for the cancer, so I had no option to be referred to to the NHS for followup.
In the end, I found out she had not referred me and I had to keep chasing up the local oncology team to see if I had been put onto the list to be seen.
I found her manner highly confrontational and insulting, I am entitled to NHS care yet she was totally derisory with me when I had to get a GP referral to the local NHS oncology unit.
