First time in my life that I feel like I am being treated like a human being. An individual that wants to take responsibility for own health but needs support in doing so. My complicated presentation and symptoms were not poo-pooed like a very rude and uncaring consultant at Aberdeen hospital. Instead I was listened to and I felt all my symptoms and personal history were being considered carefully. Remedies and advice offered in a gentle and encouraging way. I felt relaxed and optimistic about outcome. Months later remedies are working and we are working together to regain full potential of my health. So relieved. This GP is Gentle , empathetic, encouraging, polite and effective in his diagnosis and treatment.

Dr Simon van Lieshout listens and carries out tests within the surgery very quickly, he is in my opinion very thorough.

Simon treats his patients as intelligent adults. Treatment when necessary is a partnership between Simon and the patient. I can't recommend Simon highly enough.
