I can not recommend Dr Sherwood enough - everytime I or a member of my family have seen him with a health issue he has listened, sent for the relevant tests to be done and got to the bottom of the problem.
My only issue is with the Reception Staff - not enough on the desk to deal with the amount of phone calls and customers that East Lynne Medical Centre deal with every day.
On the day that I visited there were three Reception Staff but only two dealing with enquiries as one was more interested in talking about getting time off for a funeral and whilst she was discussng this the queue was getting longer. In fact, she only decided to help the next person in the queue when the queue ended up outside which meant the doors were open and she mentioned it was cold!
