When you can get to see this Dr he always has time to listen and checks you out thorough.I get very frustrated when phoning it takes over 40min to get an answer only to be told there's no appointments left.I have started to go to the surgery and wait for it to open so I can get to see the Dr.It seems we are going backwards because I used to do this many years ago I thought phoneing was supposed to be quicker.
