I have been seen by Dr Malgwa a few times.
I may seem old fashioned but I like the way he looks out for you as you walk towards his room and he greets you with friendliness and enthusiasm. Dr Malgwa doesn't just listen, he "hears" what you are saying.
Dr Malgwa doesn't type away on his computer whilst you're talking with him, he writes a few notes and obviously does it when you're not in front of him.
He explains things very thoroughly and makes sure that you understand. The necessary referrals made for me were done promptly.
Dr Malgwa has a lovely nature and is very kind and caring. He has been the same with other members of my family who also think very highly of him.
