I visited Dr. Rigby today with my mother for a follow up appointment to assess how her RA had improved. The whole experience was great. Dr. Rigby was charming, made my mum feel completely at ease and although I need to answer on her behalf for a lot of the questions she still made mum feel like she was in charge! The diagnosis and treatment for mum has brought a remarkable improvement to her RA - from me expecting mum to not be able to manager on her own anymore she is now back to being able to be reasonable independent, doing what she wants in her own home. I cannot thank the Dr. Rigby enough and look forward to our next follow up meeting in 6 months time. Thank you
