From my point of view, the appointment for my wife with Dr Job was very helpful. Dr Job was careful to listen to her and to understand her feelings, especially about medication. He also explained the diagnosis given to my wife and how the medication helps the situation.
My only suggestion for improvement would be that it would have been helpful to have had this conversation at the start of taking the medication, rather than 4 months afterwards, but I understand that there are severe pressures on the service.
