Dr Yang did not explain what she was going to do or why. As I had attended the week before for the same problem in my other eye I knew what should have happened. She handled my eyes roughly, pulling my eyelids around and put pressure on my eye which caused a lot of discomfort. When I raised this with her she was dismissive and ignored my concerns. I cannot recommend this doctor at this time. Perhaps some years down the line she will have developed better communication and clinical Skills.
