Dr Sherine Dewlett failed to diagnose findings of weak wheezing and severely abnormal physical readings such as blood, pulse and inflated chest amongst others as markers of a fatal asthma attack and point blank refused emergency treatment to a 9 year old known asthmatic who was previously treated by the hospital and instead sent him home where he died shortly after the discharge
