Dr Sirohi mismanaged a traumatic disclosure when I was an inpatient and used information from when I was psychotic and factually inaccurate information about my presentation when being taken to hospital to give me a diagnosis which I believed I had because I misunderstood my psychotic break and took full responsibility for my unusual behaviour during that period and for abuse which I had gone into denial about after the psychosis. She said I did not present with the symptoms of the disorder yet gave me the diagnosis a few weeks later anyway. Her behaviour and poor clinical choices have caused me years of unnecessary suffering and the wrong information she used to describe me (e.g. that I am impulsive) still endangers my life when I am unwell because NHS staff cannot risk assess me and nobody believes a word I say. I'm sorry to see that she is still practising.
