Dr Shasi Arora is an outstanding general practitioner with significant experience in primary care, who took over and successfully improved the patient experience for this practice some years ago. As a 50 year old male patient with a variety of complex problems, ranging from mental health issues to a serious physical disability, I consider myself particularly fortunate to be under her care. Her diagnoses in my case have always been accurate and appropriate referrals to secondary care specialists are swiftly expedited. Routine follow-up treatment always passes smoothly and nothing is ever overlooked. Dr Arora displays a genuine interest in her patients, is very well informed, helpful, compassionate and never judgmental. She runs a very efficient practice managing appropriate health interventions and specialist clinics - targeting a wide range of service users from a diverse inner London population. A new surgery has been built next door to the old one and is due to open soon. I wish Dr Arora, her partners, staff and patients all the very best for the future.
