I left this GP surgery because of Dr Russell after being her patient for many years and always feeling like she looked down her nose at me and had no time for me whatsoever. It all came to a head when I was at the beginning of suffering now chronic condition I have, she was dismissive of my worries and symptoms, told me to take antibiotics and give it time. When I got worse she refused to see me, only a telephone appointment I was in tears with the pain and she got agitated saying “what do you want me to do”. Absolutely disgusting ‘care’.
