Took no interest in what I told her, or my concerns. Didn't look at previous history or she would have realised these concerns where real, didn't even mention recent test results just gave me a leaflet that was totally innapropriate for what we where discussing. Utterly useless appointment and a waste of my time but this is typical of this surgery. The receptionists are also a joke and have given misleading information out more than once as well as being rude. Going to change doctors.
