Dr Rosa is a thorough, thoughtful, approachable and interactive professional who made it easy for me to understand and explore a number of different issues. Importantly, during a number of recent consultation, he was able to: A. show how his clinical judgements related to hard data and then follow this up by discussing their practicability [slow-release medication]; B. explain, in simple terms, the need to adapt his recommendations to the developing clinical landscape [blood results, drug options, side effects, etc]; C. extend his analysis beyond the personal to encompass issues that might have implications for my wider family [Hypercholesterolemia]. As well as coming across as an intelligent, practical holistic thinker, Dr Rosa seems to be someone who would have a natural empathy for his patients and their concerns.

My daughter has been seen by Dr Rosa on a regular basis since joining the surgery. I am extremely happy with every appointment that I have had as I feel I am always listened to about my concerns for my daughter's health. The first time I seen Dr Rosa my daughter was only 8weeks old after struggling to be listened to elsewhere he took the time to go through everything thoroughly, as a new mother at her witts end he offered me a life line when I most needed it. Having listened to my concerns my daughter has eventually been confirmed to have a non IgE medicated cows milk protein allergy. Everytime we've been he has given us extra information leaflets and nothing is ever rushed I have always felt listened to and as a mother and patient this is important. I'm grateful to have moved surgeries and have had the help and audience from such a good doctor who clearly values his job as it shows!
