Dr Ali has always shown a great deal of kindness and understanding. He always shows that he trusts whatever I have told him regarding any personal health concerns, he listens and helps make sense of everything, even when at times I can’t make sense of things myself. He brings humour to appointments and really helps ease worries and puts a clear plan of care in place.
