I find the previous review by a member of staff (presumably at the same GP surgery) dated 3rd November 2015, quoting as "very very rude", as the most absurd review and/or comment seen, as I have seen this very kind GP on a number of occasions, who has been very professional at all times to the utmost level, who listens to you very well and she understands you. More importantly, she diagnoses your symptoms straight away, regardless of the NHS England's and/or surgery's set nonsensical 10 minutes per appointment per patient deadline / cut off time. She listens to you beyond this 10 minutes appointment, especially when you not well and/or have a a permanent life-time health (like mine), which slows you down in relating / speaking to the doctor in trying to describe your symptoms. She is very patience with her patients, to my experience. Equally, I find the previous review by a patient dated 11th March 2017, quoting as, "I really didn't like her attitude towards me", as equally absurd and untrue / false, as her attitude to patients (I for one), have seen and observed her to be extremely professional and the most polite GP; thus being very approachable too. I totally agree with the review and/or comments made by another patient dated 9th September 2017, quoting as, "She really listens and makes you feel supported".
