Yes, I trust Dr Richards very much. He is a good diagnostic and seems to have excellent knowledge both in his speciality and other areas of medicine. Yes, he does listen although he seems to be the one who makes the decisions. I don't have a problem with this attitude because I am assertive and able to deal with things but it could possibly be intimidating to some I would recommend him without reservation. I find him available and easy to approach. No doubt he seems to have the best interest of his patient at heart
