I found Dr Richards to be very caring considerate and totally professional. He listened to me and went through my options so well , he explained it all to me in a way that I could understand it .
He put me at my ease within seconds of meeting me .
He gave me the information I needed and even jotted down a couple of things for me .
By the time I had got back to my car he had sent me the additional information he had promised .
In a world of thorns he is definitely a sunflower .
Would highly recommend.
