My 6 yr old daughter was referred to Dr yuen after the nursing staff on the peadiatric outpatients department failed on many occassions to take blood. My daughter was completley traumatised by the events and I refused to let her have any more blood taken so my GP referred her to Dr Yuen to see if it was necessary. Dr Yuen made us feel very comfortable from the start. He was very kind and had an excellent manor with my daughter. Dr yuen gave us more information in 10 minutes than I had recieved in the whole 6mths of going back and forth to the GP and the hospital. He completley reassured me and my partner and he made my daughter feel completley at ease as she is now petrified of hospitals and Dr's. He listened to our concerns and he was very supportive. The experience of seeing Dr Yuen has made my daughter feel more comfortable with hospitals and Dr's and he has put mine and my partners minds at ease. I would 100% recomend Dr Yuen to any one.
