Dr Barton treated me for gastric problems as a day patient. His approachable and unaffected demeanour meant that I was at ease throughout, from the initial consultation through to a gastroscopy and a follow-up to discuss the results.
Dr Barton was an attentive and empathetic listener as I related my symptoms and medical history. He explained clearly the nature of the condition and what the procedure would involve. Most reassuringly, he offered a cautious optimism immediately after the gastroscopy so that I wouldn’t be worrying for several weeks before the follow-up consultation.
I highly recommend Dr Barton.
