I'm really really sorry. You were lovely. However, 50% of the population go through the menopause and to walk in and hear you say that you "don't really know much about these sort of things" and then see you Google a web page for advice did not instill me with confidence. For you then to go and ask the pharmacist what to prescribe (whilst explaining that your last practice had 5 female doctors and "had you come to me about skin, we'd have been fine"). You then tried to give me two oestrogen products with no progesterone .. For the record, as you were told, everything is intact which means I needed progesterone to protect everything from cancer. Luckily the pharmacist refused to issue the prescriptions and consulted the practice professionals further. I'm so sorry to leave such a negative review, but please please brush up on menopause... Or refuse to take appointments from women who need something other than skin issues dealt with. On the plus side... You were very pleasant!
