It would be better if this doctor allowed patients to give more than 3 symptoms of a single condition. Also medical history should be read and understood before a diagnosis is made. Patient confidentiality is paramount. Doctors are given guidelines in that they should inform patients who has contacted them and why - this gives the patient the opportunity to respond. As such, my life was grievously affected because this doctor passed on information which was confidential. She also let what others told her influence her treatment of me. Had I been given the opportunity to respond none of the misunderstandings would have occurred.
