Doctor Pearson is kind and pleasant and put me at my ease. She always takes the time to engage with you and is very thorough in her questions and examination. I would always trust her thoroughness had I a worrying health problem.

I have only had two appointments with Dr. Ferguson at this point in time and I found her pleasant and helpful; the problem is that I had to wait one hour + the 10/15 minutes to ensure I was there on time, and the second appointment I didn't see her at all as I could see that this was going to happen again (I had already been waiting 25 minutes) and the receptionist told me there was still another patient before me, and I just didn't have the time to wait any longer.
